Broadway Dim Sum & Cafe is under new management as of December of 2017. The new owner is from Guangxi, China. They have remodeled the restaurant, and it is very clean and organized.
The new owner has added some hometown/house specials based on the existing Guangdong style menu. You can now get three dishes and one soup for only $22.99, which is good for three to four people. There is an additional charge for the fourth and additional people at $1.50, but this deal is still a steal!
The House Special Noodle (Guilin Style) is a must try! It is sour and spicy, and the preserved meat goes perfect with the fried peanuts. The noodles are also smooth and melt in your mouth. Another favorite is the braised meatball in soy sauce. The meatballs are generous in size and great in flavor. The fried buns are delicious dipped in the condensed milk.
Some additional items are the fried chicken wings, beef chow fun, and so much more! Keep exploring their menu with your intuition. They have a great breakfast and a lunch menu as well with various options. Also, if you are a vegetarian, you can find something here that you will love.
